Following Leopard and Zebra's topic about The Tudors, the children put on an amazing performance of 'Shakespeare Rocks'. The audience was transported into the Globe Theatre with a collection of famous Shakespeare scenes from some of the most well-known plays. This included experiencing a tempest, sighing at Juliet on the balcony, smelling the witches casting spells on the heath, feeling the madness of Lady Macbeth, dancing with fairies, smiling at the absurdities in the woods and crying tears of laughter at the play of Pyramus and Thisbe.

Everyone learnt their words, spoke clearly and sang beautifully. What a wonderful way to consolidate their learning from the term!
